Sometimes Mr. Skin can see a young actress with untapped skin-ful potential from afar. It’s like watching a star being formed, and in the case of blonde hottie Shay Astar, Skin Central is guardedly optimistic that she’s destined to be a star. It’s in her name, after all! She started her career primarily working in TV on shows like China Beach, The Good Life and Boy Meets World. Speaking of the cosmos, Astar even scored a recurring role on 3rd Rock From the Sun as August.
